Pioneer Award
The Pioneer Award recognizes the team that is most innovative, forward-thinking, and understands the need for a digital MSK care solution. A team who saw the need for MSK care and the impact Hinge Health could have on the wellness and happiness of employees.
US Foods has a diverse population split between manufacturing, transportation, and corporate setting across 170+ locations. Their benefits slogan, “Great benefits. Made easy.”, is their philosophy for providing life-changing, holistic solutions for their members. Since partnering with Hinge Health nearly 7 years ago, US Foods was an early adopter in prioritizing digital MSK care. They saw the importance of members having more flexibility and better access to care — regardless of their location or schedules.
Innovator Award
The Innovator Award celebrates a client for paving the way for more effective MSK care, recognizing teams who think creatively and go above and beyond to ensure employees are aware of their benefits.
Since partnering with Hinge Health in 2022, the National Association of Letter Carriers Health Benefit Plan (NALC HBP) has played a strategic role in collaborating on marketing materials that resonate with NALC members — including bespoke materials that optimize their outreach. The team has a deep level of dedication to their members, ensuring that those who need MSK support receive the care they need.
Members First Award
The Members First Award recognizes the team that is devoted to meeting members where they are to improve their health and wellbeing.
The benefits team at Reynolds Consumer Products (RCP) strives for population wellbeing and care equity across their entire population. In 2024, the team will be bridging the care gap by expanding access to non-medically enrolled members — allowing more access to MSK support and better care for their employees.
Impact Awards
The Impact Award recognizes clients who have the greatest employee engagement — a weighted calculation between number of members enrolled, exercise therapies completed, and pain reduction outcomes.
The Texas A&M University System is the largest system of higher education in the nation. With a rural population dispersed across Texas, having access to care through a digital solution is critical. To ensure that members understand their benefits, having a surround-sound marketing approach was key including emails, posters, mailers, and webinars. They also lean on educating benefit partners and wellness champions to reach members.
Telephone Data Systems believes that member experience is the key. The benefits team leaned in to collaborate and partner with Hinge Health on marketing communications and wellness strategies. This included a mix of emails, direct mailers, new hire materials, a wellness newsletter and a presentation to leave of absence professionals to create awareness and reach members at the right time.
Ingredion Incorporated is focused on improving employee happiness and well-being while reducing MSK spend. As a leading global ingredient solutions provider, Ingredion has a diverse workforce across researchers, manufacturing, and corporate. The Ingredion benefits team is dedicated to meeting members where they are, and have partnered with Hinge Health to host webinars, health fairs, and robust communication materials.
Transformation Award
The Transformation Award recognizes the client who has seen remarkable outcomes and ROI for MSK-related claims with Hinge Health.
Self-Insured Schools of California (SISC) is the largest public school benefit pool in the United States — supporting more than 400,000 members across over 470 California public schools. The benefits team at SISC understood the importance of addressing high MSK spend with an at-home digital care solution for their members. After completing a robust 3-year claims analysis, they saw a 12% decrease in MSK-related claims and a $385 savings per participant (compared to non-Hinge Health) members.
Congratulations once again to all of the Movement Award 2024 winners!
